The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has officially announced a major breakthrough in the long-awaited development of Sectors F-14 and F-15, Islamabad. All legal obstacles hindering development work have now been removed, paving the way for the commencement of full-scale development activities.
This positive development marks a significant milestone for allottees, investors, and overseas Pakistanis who have been awaiting progress in these prime sectors of Islamabad.
Contractors Shortlisting & Bidding Process Completed
FGEHA has formally written to State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) for the shortlisting of contractors to initiate development work.

Once the bidding process is fully completed, on-ground development activities will begin without further delay.
Land Acquisition Status β Strong Progress Achieved
FGEHA has made substantial progress in land acquisition under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, ensuring long-term project viability:

β 10,000 Kanals already acquired under the Land Acquisition Act

β 3,610 Kanals purchased directly from landowners

β 5% development work already completed in the sector

π 2,500β3,000 Kanals to be acquired through a land sharing formula

π 4,000 Kanals (additional patch) pending purchase
To ensure uninterrupted development, funds are required from allottees for the acquisition of the remaining land.
Important Notice for Allottees β Payment Deadline Extended
To facilitate allottees and maintain development momentum, FGEHA has extended the deadline for the 3rd installment payment:

All respectable allottees are requested to ensure timely payment so that land purchase and development work can continue without delay.
