The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has officially announced a major breakthrough in the long-awaited development of Sectors F-14 and F-15, Islamabad. All legal obstacles hindering development work have now been removed, paving the way for the commencement of full-scale development activities.

Contractors Shortlisting & Bidding Process Completed
FGEHA has formally written to State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) for the shortlisting of contractors to initiate development work.

Land Acquisition Status – Strong Progress Achieved
FGEHA has made substantial progress in land acquisition under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, ensuring long-term project viability:

✅ 10,000 Kanals already acquired under the Land Acquisition Act

✅ 3,610 Kanals purchased directly from landowners

✅ 5% development work already completed in the sector

🔄 2,500–3,000 Kanals to be acquired through a land sharing formula

To ensure uninterrupted development, funds are required from allottees for the acquisition of the remaining land.
Important Notice for Allottees – Payment Deadline Extended
To facilitate allottees and maintain development momentum, FGEHA has extended the deadline for the 3rd installment payment:
