CDA Board in its meeting held on 15-10-2021,
considered a Summary regarding the subject matter and approved the Amendment in the Layout
Plan of Sector I-16, Islamabad. The Minutes of the said CDA Board meeting have been
circulated by the Secretary CDA Board, vide letter No. CDA-1388/BM-SCB/2021/923, dated
02-11-2021. The operative part of decision of the CDA Board is reproduced as under:
“The Summary was presented by Member (P&D), CDA. After due
deliberation and on the basic of inputs of the summary, the board approved
the proposal contained in Para 4 to 6 of the Summary, subject to completion
of rules, regulations and fulfillment of all codal formalities, in accordance
with the provisions of ILDR, 2005 and Regulations of the Amendment in
Layout Plans 2019. The Board directed that Planning and Estate Wings must
ensure fair and transparent allotment process. Moreover, consent of the
aggrieved allottees be obtained to avoid any future legal complications.
