The allottee may apply at Front Office – One Window Operation (OWO), CDA, along with:
- Original Offer / Allotment Letter (to be surrendered)
- Property Tax Clearance Certificate (Revenue Directorate, CDA)
- Indemnity Bond / Affidavit / Undertaking (on stamp paper, attested by Notary Public)
- Attested photocopies of CNICs
- Statement before admitting officer (female allottee, if applicable)
- NOC from Building Control Section (BCS), CDA (built‑up property)
- Two photographs of each party
- Bank Draft Rs. 5,000/- (within family or as applicable)
- Three specimen signatures/thumb impressions duly attested
- Photocopy of CNIC of attesting officer
